In Kitchener and Waterloo Alliance is represented by Dragan Brazilian Jiu-jitsu with the “Mad Scientist” of grappling, head instructor, Dragan Konjevic, and assistant instructor, Eric Yu. Our headquarters is in Waterloo, and is a great environment in which to learn and have fun, from the beginner to the advanced grappler. Dragan himself is one of the most selfless and dedicated coaches you could possibly find.

Team Alliance can be found in Hamilton at Joslin’s Mixed Martial Arts, under the expert instruction of Jeff Joslin, Jacare’s first Canadian Born black belt, as well as assistant instructors Riccardo Ammendolia and PJ O’Sullivan. The Joslin family is well known in the martial arts community. Their gym has been in operation for nearly forty years. Every November they run the largest grappling tournament in Canada, the Joslin’s Canadian Open, where over 500 competitors battled in 2005.
