A WORLD CHAMPION!
I am very proud to announce that Dragan Alliance Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu member Dave Knowles is a Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu World Champion. On October 6th, 2013, at Long Beach, California at the Masters’ and Seniors’ World Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu Championships, Dave had that day 6 tough matches with top competitors from all over the world. Everybody came well prepared, but Dave took gold in his division and silver in the open (absolute) division. We brought the first medals into the Waterloo Region from the highest Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu competition.
